Writing with the Heart Blog is probably the culmination of years of my desire to finally start writing again.  I am a 60 yr. old who is ready to start following her heart’s desires.  Writing is one of them.

I am not going to pretend to be an accomplished writer that has published many books.  I am not going to pretend anything at all.  

Since I first began this blog and this introduction my Beloved Mother has made her transition. I still plan to devote myself to writing, but this blog will now also look at Life After Death Proof , Death and Dying and Grieving. I will also be looking at the need for meditation and embodied meditation, which in reality mindfulness meditation is really not just in the mind but involves the sensations in the body.

Everything I write will be personal, or something I have personally read, watched or experienced.
