Mindfulness Meditation

A good place to start if you want to learn is with Jon Kabat Zinn’s programs: I like them all. Full Catastrophe Living is a good one to start with.

However, if you really want to go deep and really use mindfulness meditation to eventually relieve most of your “suffering” I recommend Shinzen Young.
